Weight Room & Fitness Centre in Toronto
The City runs fitness centres at most rec centres, and they're a real alternative to a $70/month gym. Drop-in is around $5–$8 a visit, monthly memberships are about $50, and 60+ residents get 50% off. Equipment varies — newer centres like Regent Park and Wallace Emerson have great setups, older ones are more basic but functional. Free centres include their fitness rooms at no charge.
