Drop-in Recreation Classes in East York
East York is small and tight-knit and the rec centres feel that way too. Stan Wadlow has a beloved indoor track and a fitness centre that regulars know by name. S.H. Armstrong over by Queen and Woodbine is small but the yoga and Zumba schedule punches above its weight. If you live anywhere between Donlands and Woodbine, you can probably bike to two centres in under 10 minutes.
